Disclaimers

Kart racing has certain inherent risks. Each competitor assumes those risks when they participate in an event. While everyone involved including drivers, crew members, officials, promoters, and NMS have taken measures to reduce the risk of serious injury, the risk cannot be eliminated and will always be present at a high level.

NMS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or delay a race at its sole discretion, if the safety of competitors, spectators, crew members, or staff are at risk for any reason.

Parental Consent Forms

Parents or legal guardians for any minor that will be in any restricted area must complete the NOLA Motorsports' “Parental Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement”.
