NOLA Motorsports Park is revving up for the holidays

The track has been busy this holiday season with weekend karting, all around site progress, our first members Autocross Pad event and more.  Read this update for more information about the NASA cancellation.

Karting ALL WEEKEND!!! Don't Miss It!

Karting continues this Saturday and Sunday! On Saturday we will be running three kart courses -- the Arrive & Drive, Oval, and Test 'N Tune as well as an Arrive & Race at 4 p.m.  If you can't make it out Saturday, be sure to stop by Sunday. We will be running Arrive & Drive rentals from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Speed Shop

The NOLA Motorsports Park Speed Shop has begun operations. We are surrounded by everything from thumping, classic American muscle to the latest and greatest from Ferrari.

Kart Shop

Tire Walls

Our crews are assembling tire walls at one of the Corner Stations along the North Track. We bolt each tire together -- the process takes longer and is more expensive but the added safety of this method is unmatched.

Views From the Events Center

Construction at the Events Center continues to move at an exciting pace. The view from the second floor is unbelievable! Soon you can sit back with good food, drinks and friends while watching all the action. IHRA spec drag strip launch pad in the foreground.

NASA "Car"-di Gras Race Cancelled

After evaluating facility preparedness, NOLA Motorsports Park has decided to cancel the New Year's "Car"-di Gras event. We strive for excellence in everything that we do. With the race approaching, we made the call to cancel the event and issued the press release below:

December 6, 2011 - Avondale, LA -- Construction at NOLA Motorsports Park is winding down as the facility nears completion. After evaluating the track's ability to provide a first class experience, General Manager Mitch Wright decided to cancel what would be the first NASA event over the New Years holiday. Mitch Wright commented, "We are very excited about this new facility and everything that it brings to the area. We will settle for nothing short of a first class experience. The end of construction and beginning of operations is in sight, but we feel that our standards for a remarkable experience would not be fulfilled for this event".
