There are about 6 people running Superbox clones/Honda's right now. Mine is just about done. We will be able to run in the sportsman class.

Jofar,
A couple of friends have clones with varied levels of prep. They meet the safety requirements and run with the Super Sportsman karts. They are scored apart from the SS karts. Once the green flag falls it's race on regardless of how it's scored :)

Good luck with your build, hope to see you soon on track!

My understanding is the track fee is for the driver not the kart.

Yes you can run it on non race days.

Like Bob said you will race the clone with Super Sportsman, SS will be scored without clones. The kart will just need to meet the saftey rules of the book, here is a link http://www.nolamotor.com/download/latest-kart-rules.pdf give me a call if you have any questions 504-273-6747.

Thanks
