Garage/work space rental

I am just finding out about this. I have been doing SCCA Spec Racer since 1994 and need garage/work space. I see that the plan is to have garage/work space. What are the details? http://www.nolamotor.com/forum/images/attach/jpg.gif

Yes we will have shop/garage space available, the 1st shop building is filling up. Shop/garages can be built out in blocks of 25X20 or 500sq ft up to 5000sq ft. The shops come with compressed air, 110 and 220 50 amp power and early renters get climate control. Rent is $1.25 sq ft. I will e-mail you the shop/garage lay out and spaces that are still available in the first building which will be done in March-April.
