I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you to all the staff, EMT's, corner workers and control riders who helped make today so successful and drama-free. I asked a control rider (Nick) about some trouble I was having in T3, and he gave me good advice, and checked back periodically to make sure it was working out for me.
No drama on the track or off that I could see, I reunited with some old friends (Luke, Art & Barb) and I got to finally meet Max Flinders, a young man whose career I've been following for a couple years now. Watch for this kid in the next few years.
This will be a top notch facility once completed, and judging from the track management's attitude toward riders and safety, I think it will be very successful.
