Hey all. I need a baseline setup for a 2002 CR32 w/40mm axle to run Sportsman class. I realize the chassis may be a bit stiff for this application, but I am heavy and it was cheap so I figured I'd give it a try. I have found some seat setup info for the chassis, but only for the shifter engine and I believe I will need more weight on the front. For the Birel Guys out there:

What weight split should I be looking for?
Birel specs their own seat. Is it that important or can I run any quality seat?
This chassis was used as a shifter. Can I use the shifter spindles with spindle mount wheels or do I need the other spindles?
This chassis has a removable 4th rail, which I don't have. Will I need it for this application?

I appreciate the help in advance.

Andy,
All I have is my brief exposure to Bob's new chassis, but what I have observed is:
*You must hold your pinkie out whilst sipping your espresso
*You must substitute the word "Birrrrrrrrrrellllllah" for the word "kart"
* Measurements are in CM instead of CH
Hope this helps,
Paul

The toughest part of owning a Birrrrrrrrrrellllllah is I had to start shaving and wearing a clean worn out t shirt. It's worth it though, we're easy to find just look up *front.
